Mother’s Day is pagan goddess worship!

Mother’s Day is pagan goddess worship! The scriptures tell us how to PROPERLY honor our mothers and fathers without taking part in pagan festival rituals like mother’s day and father’s day.

The social norm is to show love to our mothers by celebrating a man-made holiday called Mother’s Day.  This practice of celebrating Mother’s Day however is not based in any of the teachings of the Bible and in fact, directly disobeys the bible.  Yah instructs us to honor our mother and father on a daily basis; in fact, the 5th Commandment is the only commandment that is given with the promise of a longer life.  Exodus 20:12  Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.

The practice of celebrating Mother’s Day breaks Yah’s commandments and shows honor, not to our mothers, but shows honor to a mythological god.

The Scriptures tell us how to honor our mothers and celebrating Mother’s Day is NOT the WAY!

Ecclesiasticus 3:2,4,6,8-9,16

[2]For the Lord hath given the father honour over the children, and hath confirmed the authority of the mother over the sons.

[4]And he that honoureth his mother is as one that layeth up treasure.

[6]He that honoureth his father shall have a long life; and he that is obedient unto the Lord shall be a comfort to his mother.

[8]Honour thy father and mother both in word and deed, that a blessing may come upon thee from them.

[9]For the blessing of the father establisheth the houses of children; but the curse of the mother rooteth out foundations.

[16]He that forsaketh his father is as a blasphemer; and he that angereth his mother is cursed: of God.

Ecclesiasticus 7:27

[27]Honour thy father with thy whole heart, and forget not the sorrows of thy mother.

Ecclesiasticus 23:14

[14]Remember thy father and thy mother, when thou sittest among great men. Be not forgetful before them, and so thou by thy custom become a fool, and wish that thou hadst not been born, and curse they day of thy nativity.

Exodus 21:15  And he that smiteth his father, or his mother,

shall be surely put to death.

Leviticus 19:3  Ye shall fear every man his mother, and his father,

and keep my sabbaths: I am the LORD your God.

Proverbs 6:20  My son, keep thy father’s commandment, and

forsake not the law of thy mother:

Proverbs 10:1  … A wise son maketh a glad father:

but a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother.

Proverbs 15:20  A wise son maketh a glad father:

but a foolish man despiseth his mother.

Proverbs 23:22  Hearken unto thy father that begat thee,

and despise not thy mother when she is old.

UNEARTHING THE MYSTERY OF SALT

UNEARTHING THE MYSTERY OF SALT
Introduction

The Original Question:
“Quick question about offerings…I’ve been down a road with understanding the 5 categories of offerings in the law books and wanted to know if any linkage should be made between Leviticus 2:13 and Matthew 5:13?”

Leviticus 2:13
“And every oblation of thy meat offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking from thy meat offering: with all thine offerings thou shalt offer salt.”

Matthew 5:13
“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.”
More Scriptures About Salt

Numbers 18:19
“All the heave offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto the LORD, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, by a statute for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before the LORD unto thee and to thy seed with thee.”

Mark 9: 49-50
“For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt. Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.”

2 Chronicles 13:5
“ought ye not to know that the LORD God of Israel gave the kingdom over Israel to David for ever, even to him and to his sons by a covenant of salt?

Job 6:6
“Can that which is unsavoury be eaten without salt? Or is there any taste in the white of an egg?”

Colossians 4:6
“Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.”

Jubilees 21:11 (LSV)
“And on ALL your oblations thou shall strew salt and let not the salt of the covenant be lacking in all your oblations before the Lord..”

Takeaways & Thoughts:

● Salt is not only seasoning for the otherwise bland roasted flesh of the sacrifices as food for the Priests and Levites, it was and still is a preserver of food as well!
● The Covenant made with David is also preserved forever, that his son would be YAH’s son, an everlasting promise full of savour for all mankind, but all the rest of Israel lost their flavoring.
● Salt used to also be exchanged for labor which is where the word “salary” is derived!
● So, if Yah made a covenant of salt with Israel and Israel is the salt of the earth, AND all sacrifices have to be made with salt …. AND YAH desires obedience over sacrifice, sounds like WE as Israel and the salt which has to be offered with sacrifice must indeed ONLY offer to YAH OBEDIENCE. That’s what He desires. As the salt of the earth all people will follow in obedience the flavoring of the earth….

Conclusion

1 Samuel 15:22
“And Samuel said, Hath the LORD as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, As in obeying the voice of the LORD? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, And to hearken than the fat of rams.”

Amos 5:25-27
“Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel? But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves. Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts.”

Psalm 51:16-17
“For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: Thou delightest not in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: A broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.”

Mark 12:33
“…and to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

A Response to the OLD vs. NEW comment…

Peace and Blessings! To one of our brethren who stated his reluctance to use or even reference the New Testament, we highly recommend that you read Matthew-Revelation all the way through on your own.

Many people fall short of understanding The Most High because they simply don’t read Genesis-Malachi or feel like they already know it because they’ve read many parts, but not the whole thing. I absolutely believe the same is true in this case, and since this is a massively important topic, I challenge you to fully read Matthew-Revelation in full and pray on it.

The books of the New Testament are simply letters and testimonies that constantly quote and reference everything we know and love from the “old testament”. The Son of God has been prophesied from the beginning and I have gathered some scripture to further prove my point and I pray that you will review all of it. But, more importantly, I pray that you will read the full bible Genesis-Revelation in order to do your due diligence.

OLD TESTAMENT

Deuteronomy 18:15-19

  • Moses prophesied that YHWH will raise up a prophet from among The Children of Yisrael
  • This prophet will speak the words that YHWH will put his words in that prophets mouth
  • Anyone who will listen to YHWH’s words which this prophet shall speak in YHWH’s name, YHWH will require it of him. Who do you think this is speaking of?
  • See Acts 3:18-24

1 Chronicles 17:9-15

  • YHWH pledges to ordain a place for our people in peace forever
  • Because David intended to build YHWH a house, YHWH says he will build David a “house”
  • YHWH says that when David’s “days be expired” (after he dies) he will raise up his seed after him, which shall be of his sons and YHWH will establish his throne forever
  • YHWH says he will make this man his own son
  • This cannot be Solomon because Solomon was already alive before David died and he did not reign continually.
  • See Romans 1:1-4

Psalm 132:1-11

  • YHWH swore that the fruit of David’s own body will sit upon David’s throne forever, despite the fact that the majority of his descendants (listed in Kings & Chronicles) would fall away from righteousness

Isaiah 7:10-14

  • YHWH tells the house of David that he himself will make a virgin to conceive and bear a son and shall call him Immanuel (“Elohim is with us”)
  • This corresponds with Matthew 1:18-23

Isaiah 9:6-7

  • “Unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulder”
  • He will have an everlasting government full of endless peace
  • He will sit upon the throne of David

Isaiah 42:1-7

  • YHWH will raise up an elect one who will have his spirit upon him and bring forth judgment to the gentiles/nations

Isaiah 53

  • Isaiah prophesied that one would grow up as a tender plant before The Most High and he would not be handsome or attractive that the people would desire him and that he would be rejected and acquainted with grief
  • He would bear our griefs and be wounded for our transgressions and by his stripes we are healed
  • YHWH will lay on him the iniquity of us all because we had gone out of the way
  • This man would be brought as a sheep to the slaughter (The Messiah’s crucifixion)
  • Despite this, he is still prophesied to have prolonged days and be great
  • He has made intercession for transgressors

Daniel 9:23

  • Daniel prophesied that the Messiah would come

ENOCH

Enoch 45-48

  • YHWH will cause his Elect One to dwell among us and try our works (45:3-4)
  • Enoch sees “The Son of Man” who YHWH has chosen (46:1-3)
  • This “Son of Man” would loose the reigns of all other kingdoms (45:4-5) (See Daniel 2:31-44 The Messiah is the stone that was sent to break down these former kingdoms)
  • This same story is mentioned in Revelation 5:1-10
  • “The Son of Man” was named in the presence of YHWH before the word even began and he would be (48:2-3)
  • “All who dwell on the earth will fall down and worship before him AND will praise and bless and celebrate YHWH of spirits” (48:5)
  • YHWH will give the unrighteous over the his elect and they will not rise again because they have denied YHWH AND his anointed (48:10)

NEW TESTAMENT

Hebrews 10:1-14

  • The law was a shadow of things to come and taught us how to serve YHWH and to prove our faith
  • However, the sacrificing of animals has never made us fully perfect (or else we would’ve only done it once)
  • The Messiah was sent to be a single, ultimate sacrifice sent from YHWH to cover sins of his sanctified once and for all so that we can be redeemed to him if we walk upright and prove our faith

Luke 1:26-35

  • The angel, Gabriel prophesied to Mary of her son that would be born
  • This son is the Son of YHWH and will also receive the throne of David, his father according to the flesh
  • His kingdom will have no end

Luke 24:23-27, 40-48

  • The Messiah scolds people for not believing all that the prophets had prophesied about him
  • HE taught them out of the same scriptures we read today in the “old testament”

John 14:6-14

  • The Messiah is our path to YHWH, but does not surpass him. YHWH has given him this honor.
  • The words that The Messiah spoke are only the words he was told to speak by YHWH (See Deuteronomy 18:15-19)
  • YHWH is glorified even more because he sent The Messiah to us
  • The Messiah charges us to keep the very same commandments that YHWH has always commanded

Matthew 1:18-23

  • An angel appears to Joseph is a dream explaining what would unfold
  • Mary would have a child who was destined to save his people, Yisrael, from their sins
  • This fulfilled the prophecy given by Isaiah

Acts 3:18-24

  • They are quoting/referencing scriptures, namely Deuteronomy 18:15-19
  • If anyone will not hear this prophet, they shall be destroyed from among the people

Acts 4:10-12

  • The Messiah is the stone which was rejected by man, but will be The Head Corner Stone
  • There is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. He is not greater than YHWH, but he certainly is the greatest among men

Romans 1:1-4

  • The Messiah was prophesied in old times by the prophets of YHWH
  • The Messiah was made of the seed of David according to the flesh and declared to be the The Son of God with power
  • See 1 Chronicles 17:9-15

Revelation 5:1-14

  • The Messiah (aka The Lamb) was found worthy to open the book with seven seals
  • Glory to YHWH and to his Son, the lamb of YHWH
  • Even the 24 elders reverenced The Son (these are likely elders like Moses, Enoch, Abraham, etc)

In conclusion, It is clear to me that YHWH has always planned to send us a Messiah (before the earth was even formed) because he knew that man would do much evil and would need intercession for sins that could not be put away with animal sacrifices.

We do not place The Messiah above our Father, but we must recognize that it is our Father’s will that we have faith in his son and walk after his ways (which are the same ways that YHWH has taught us from the start, nothing new). YHWH sent The Messiah to be an intercessor/intermediary for us to be reconnected with him since we need much intercession for our sins and are all found worthy of death because none of us are good or perfect in the Torah. He is our path to YHWH and everlasting

4/19/2024 – 1st Day of the 2nd Month Observation

Shalom Fam! Today is the 1st day of the 2nd month. HalleluYah!

Numbers 28:1

11 And in the beginnings of your months ye shall offer a burnt offering unto the Lord

Jubilees 6:29-38

29 And they placed them on the heavenly
tablets, each had thirteen weeks; from one to
another passed their memorial, from the first
to the second, and from the second to the
third, and from the third to the fourth.
30 All the days of the commandment will be
two and fifty weeks of days, and these will
make the entire year complete. Thus it is
engraved and ordained on the heavenly
tablets.
31 And there is no neglecting this
commandment for a single year or from year
to year.
32 Command you the children of Israel that
they observe the years according to this
counting, three hundred and sixty-four days,
and these will constitute a complete year, and
they will not disturb its time from its days and
from its feasts; for every thing will fall out in
them according to their testimony, and they
will not leave out any day nor disturb any
feasts.
33 But if they neglect and do not observe them
according to His commandment, then they
will disturb all their seasons and the years will
be dislodged from this order, and they will
neglect their established rules.
34 And all the children of Israel will forget and
will not find the path of the years, and will
forget the new months, and seasons, and
sabbaths and they will wrongly determine all
the order of the years.
Jubilees | 15
35 For I know and from now on will I declare it
to you, and it is not of my own devising; for
the book lies written in the presence of me,
and on the heavenly tablets the division of
days is ordained, or they forget the feasts of the
covenant and walk according to the feasts of
the Gentiles after their error and after their
ignorance.
36 For there will be those who will assuredly
make observations of the moon and how it
disturbs the seasons and comes in from year to
year ten days too soon.
37 For this reason the years will come upon
them when they disturb (misinterpret) the
order, and make an abominable day the day of
testimony, and an unclean day a feast day, and
they will confound all the days, the pure with
the unclean, and the unclean day with the
pure; for they will go wrong as to the months
and sabbaths and feasts and jubilees.
38 For this reason I command and testify to
you that you may testify to them; for after
your death your children will disturb them, so
that they will not make the year three hundred
and sixty-four days only, and for this reason
they will go wrong as to the new months and
seasons and sabbaths and festivals, and they
will eat all kinds of blood wi

22. And do thou, Moses, command the children of Israel to observe the ordinances of the passover, as it was commanded unto thee; declare thou unto them every year and the day of its days, and the festival of UNLEAVENED BREAD, that they should eat unleavened bread SEVEN DAYS, (and) that they should observe its festival, and that they bring an oblation every day during those seven days of joy before the Lord on the altar of your God.

23. For ye celebrated this festival with haste when ye went forth from Egypt till ye entered into the wilderness of Shur; for on the shore of the sea ye completed it.

2024 NEW MONTHS & HOLY DAYS OF YAH’s CALENDAR YEAR

(Listed Below the 2024 Calendar Introduction & Explanation:)

Shalom Family!

We have been on a journey for many decades to be obedient to the Most High Yah’s Laws given to Moses and the keeping of the Testimony of our Messiah Yahshua. It has been the past 5 years that we have striven to best understand YAH’s true calendar system. Through much study and prayer, we believe we are closer than ever before.

Most of us were taught that YAH operates on a lunar calendar. But when we go back and review what the scriptures actually say, we realize that ALL of the luminaries of His heavens (sun, moon and stars) play a role in calculating the seasons, months, weeks and days. And we must use them to keep His holy Sabbaths and Feasts and to be in line with His unmovable and precisely calculated calendar.

May YAH continue to lead and guide us down the path of righteousness that leads to Him. Attached is the YAH’s Calendar for the 2024 Year outlining the beginnings of our Months, Seasons and Holy Days for your reference. Thanks and may YAH be with us always!

Scriptures About the Holy Days:

Leviticus 23 outlines the annual Holy Days that are to be observed as Holy convocations by all that desire to be followers of the Most High God, YHWH:

Passover Feast     Unleavened Bread Feast Day One     Unleavened Bread Feast Day Seven     Feast of Pentecost

Feast of Trumpets     Day of Atonement     Feast of Tabernacles Day One     Feast of Tabernacles Day Eight

Leviticus 23:1.2,21 ” And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying,  Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of YHWH , which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts … And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you… it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.”

The Holy Days fall three times in the year, during the first month, 50 days later (around the third month), and during the seventh month.  Exodus 23:14  Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.

Passover:

Exodus 12:21 &27Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover .. .   That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD’S passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.

Unleavened  Bread:

Leviticus 23

And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the Lord: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread. In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. But ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the Lord seven days: in the seventh day is an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.

Pentecost

Levitius 23:16 “Even unto the morrow after the seveneth sabbath shall you number fifty days; and you shall offer a new meat offering  unto YHWH…… “

Acts 2:1-11  And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting . .  And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues [languages] … And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven … the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language … saying one to another… And how hear we every man in our own tongue [language] … we do hear them speak in our tongues [languages] the wonderful works of Elohim.

Feast of Trumpets

Leviticus 23:23-25  “And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying,  Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.  Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH.

Joel 2:1  Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of YHWH cometh, for it is nigh at hand

Day of Atonement

Leviticus 23:26-32  “And YHWH spake unto Moses, saying,  Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto YHWH.   And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before YHWH your Elohim.  For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people. And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.  Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.  It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.”
Zephaniah 1:14-18 “The great day of YHWH is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly . . .That day is a day of wrath,a day of trouble and distress . . .And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against YHWH . . .Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of YHWH’s wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy . . .”

Feast of Tabernacles

Leviticus 23:34-41 “The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles . . .On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein. Seven days ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD: on the eighth day shall be an holy convocation unto you . . .it is a solemn assembly; and ye shall do no servile work therein.  These are the feasts of YHWH, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations . . .   It shall be a statute for ever in your generations . . .“

Psalms 132:7  We will go into his tabernacles: we will worship at his footstool.

Genesis 1

14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let THEM be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,

18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

Jubilees 2:8-9

8 And on the fourth day He created the sun and the moon and the stars, and set them in the firmament of the heaven, to give light upon all the Earth, and to rule over the day and the night, and divide the light from the darkness.

9 And Elohim appointed the sun to be the great sign on the Earth for the days and for the sabbaths and for the months and for the feasts and for years and for sabbaths of years and for jubilees and for all the seasons of the years.

The calendar is not a lunar or solar calendar, it is YAH’s calendar. A calendar that equals 364 days, AND A SYSTEM THAT NEVER BREAKS HIS EVERLASTING SABBATH.

Another huge revelation that the scriptures reveal, is that the day actually begins at dawn and not at sunset.

And another huge revelation is that the beginning of the month is NOT equivalent to the new moon.

Yes, this is VERY different from the way we have lived our lives and it will change how we deal with the majority of YAH’s Holy Feasts. But all praises be to YAH for continuously opening our eyes and for giving us the opportunity to correct our paths and get it right. YAH reveals as He sees fit and in His time.
